We simplify the often-complex strata documents, making them easier to understand and helping you identify most potential issues at a glance.

Purchasing a strata property means you’re not just buying a property, you are also becoming a shareholder in a strata corporation, governed by fellow owners. There are several strata documents that should be reviewed before you remove subjects on your potential home and commit to becoming part of the strata corporation.

Imagine investing $500,000 in a stock or asset you know nothing about, it’s simply not a smart move. This is one of your biggest investments, and addressing concerns about strata properties that are not well-maintained might save you substantial costs in the future.

Each Strata Corporation is run differently and it’s important to have a clear understanding of what you’re getting into before making one of the biggest purchases of your life.

Reviewing strata documentation is one of the best ways to determine how the strata corporation is managed, as well as its financial standing, helping you make an informed decision about your purchase.
